How Do I Place My Order?
Browse our products using our Main Menu, or Search feature.
Click on a product you wish to purchase
Select Size, Quantity, or other details you find on the product page. You also can share with us your idea by fill in the blank “ NOTE FOR DESIGN”
Click 'Buy Now'
Review your cart and click on 'Proceed to Checkout'
Enter your Payment Details, Shipping Address, and Coupon (if available). Proceed to complete the order.
Note: Please make sure that your shipping address is deliverable.
That's it. Your order is now placed with Tee4Lives. Sit back and relax, while we take care of the rest.
I am unable to place the order. Why?
That's odd. You should be able to place an order on our website at all times. If you cannot, then follow these steps in their order:
Step 1: Reload or refresh the website. If the issue persists, try a different browser.
Step 2: Still unable to place your order? Verify all the Required and Optional Selections of the product. Once you select all the mandatory options, you should be able to place the order.
Step 3: If you cannot place your order even now, then contact our Customer Support Team by emailing your issue at firstname.lastname@example.org. They'll help you with your issue.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal payments on our website. You can use VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX cards, all processed by PayPal, to make purchases with us.
I can't find the product I need. Can you help?
Of course, contact our Customer Support Team at email@example.com, and they'll guide you with your purchase. Should you give us more clue about the product you want in order for us to figure it out more easily.
I have more than one voucher code. Can they all be applied to one order?
Sorry to say no but you can only use one voucher code per one order.
We make it for free. You can personalize as many products as you like with us, and you only need to pay the price of the product. No additional costs for personalization.
How do I personalize my item?
The personalization options available for each product are provided on the respective product page. For instance, our Personalized Blanket product comes with 4 customization options:
Note for Design field
The Note for Design field allows you to describe your customizations in clearer details. However, if you'd like to share some complex personalization requests, you can mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I add new personalization fields to my product, apart from what is available on the product page?
Yes. However, our online personalization tool does not support the addition of custom fields by the customer.
So, you can email us a detailed illustration of your personalization ideas at email@example.com. Draw your ideas on a paper, capture a high-quality photo of your ideas, and then email us the image. We'll do our best to accommodate your personalization request.
Can I change the color of the personalization text or threads?
We do accommodate special personalization requests as long as they do not compromise the aesthetics of the product. The change request must complement the overall design of the product. For instance, if you want the background color of your personalized blanket changed from black to white, then the text should be in a bright, legible color, to contrast against a white background.
Can my items be gift boxed?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a gift wrapping option as part of our services yet. However, it is one of the features that we intend to add in the near future. When we do, we'll be sure to update our subscribers. Sign Up for our Newsletter to receive updates from us.
Can I include a personal gift card?

Where are all the personalized products, such as a custom blanket, made?
Our printing factory is located in the US. We customize and ship our products to all customers from this factory.
Return & Refund
At Tee4lives, our highest priority is your satisfaction. We understand that our customers shop with us for gifts – such as personalized blankets, customized wall art, and so on – that have sentimental value for them and their loved ones. Naturally, we do our best to make everything perfect for you.
We are committed to providing you with quality products. As part of this commitment, we have designed this Refund & Replacement Policy.
Defects and Quality Issues
If you find any defects or quality issues with your product, please bring our attention to it immediately after receiving your package. You may send us an email with an attached picture of the product and its packaging via at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the issue satisfies our Acceptability of Quality Conditions, we will replace your order. Please bear in mind that print-on-demand products like customized blankets may take the same amount of time as the original order to be reshiped.
Acceptability of Quality Conditions for Replacement
If you find any defects with your products as below, please bring our attention to it within 7 days since you received the product by contacting us at email@example.com.
Then, please fulfil one of the following conditions:
Wrong design on the product compared to the design request made by the customer.
Bad Quality Design
Blurred image, botched design, or incomprehensible print on the product.
The shipment does not reach you within the promised timeframe.
Product damaged on arrival – be it during the shipment, before, or while making the delivery.
All return shipments coming to our US factory cost us an additional $10 per shipment, irrespective of whether it’s because of wrong shipping address or customer rejection on delivery.
Additionally, most of the orders we receive are for personalized products like gifts for Christmas, or gifts for Mother’s Day, which hold unique sentimental value to individual customers and hence, can not be resold.
For these reasons, we DO NOT ACCEPT any Return Requests.
In consideration of our substantial costs of production and shipping, we do not offer refunds in the case of defective products. Instead, we replace you products absolutely FREE OF COST.
